• Be sure to include an original copy of your invoice.
• We recommend insuring your package in case of loss by the carrier.
• You can refund or exchange your item within 60 days of the purchase date.
• All items must be in the original packaging, undamaged and in salable condition.
• Refunds will be processed immediately, but may take between 4-7 days for your bank to release the funds.
• If you would like to exchange, simply place your new order on the edgeboardshop.com site. No need to wait.
• When we receive your return, we will promptly process the refund.
