All decks are pressed with high quality prepreg fibreglass and epoxy. Our proprietary high frequency curing process is highly efficient and guarantees a superior bonding of the plies. ALL worksteps and processes from the raw wood log over cutting veneers to the final CNC cutting and finishing take place on the premises of one single facility, reducing the CO2 footprint to a minimum.
