Easy Returns

  • We understand the sometimes tough decisions when choosing your setup. We want you to be 100% satisfied.
  • Returning or exchanging is hassle-free at EDGE Boardshop.
  • Please contact us at info@edgeboardshop.com for return details.
  • Be sure to include an original copy of your invoice so we know who you are.
  • We recommend insuring your package in case of loss by the carrier.
  • You can refund or exchange your item within 60 days of the purchase date.
  • All items must be in the original packaging, unused, unworn, undamaged and in saleable condition.
  • Shoes and Helmet returns must be mailed back in a shipping box.
  • Any returned items that are not in new and salable condition will be returned to you and shipping will be charged.
  • Please allow a week for refunds to process. Depending on your bank, funds may release in 2-3 days after the refund is processed.
  • For U.S. packages that received free shipping, we will process the product refund less the original shipping cost that we incurred.  
  • Unless an error or defect, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • At times, before a product image is updated, a vendor may make a slight color, part or cosmetic change. In that case, you will receive the newest available.
Order Discrepancies
  • While we pride ourselves on our consistent accuracy, on occassion a mistake is made. 
  • Prior to using your items, please inspect your order to ensure that you received what you ordered. 
  • Once used, we will not be able to return an item that was sent in error.
  • We do our best to update products, but graphics and colors can vary and change without notice. You will always receive the newest version of the product you ordered. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product at your shipping expense.
  • Any order discrepencies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of package or we will not be able to remedy. 
  • If you are returning an item that was sent to you in error, we will refund the shipping up to $5.00 for small items and up to $15.00 for large boxes such as boards. 
  • In some cases, a shipping label will be sent to you. Please call customer service to arrange your return. 949-542-8855.

Exchange - Fast Option
  • Send your item back with an original copy of your invoice and indicate that you would like a refund. 
  • Place a new order so we can get what you want on the way to you right away.

 Exchange - Slower Option

  • Send your item back with an original copy of your invoice.
  • Indicate what you would like in exchange and we will ship it right out to you. 
International Exchange
  • Send your item back with an original copy of your invoice and indicate that you would like a refund.
  • Place a new order. 
  • You will be responsible for shipping cost to return your item and for your new order.

Order Refunds

  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for refunds to be processed.
  • Some banks may take an additional 2-7 business days to show the return on your account.
  • Cannot be responsible for any change in international currency exchange rates.
  • A refund will be made for the original amount of the price of the item(s) at the time of the purchase. 
  • There will be a 10% restocking fee on certain pre-order items such as TSG, Icaro, Predator, Triple X helmets and Precision Trucks.
  • No returns on assembled products such as boards, trucks, wheels and bearings.
