International Orders
  • EDGE ships worldwide every day.
  • We recommend choosing the "Direct" shipping option. You will receive your order in 2-3 Days direct to your door, and have full tracking capability.
  • The Direct Shipping Carrier may be DHL or FedEx and is determined at our discretion on a per order basis.
  • If you choose the "USPS Priority" shipping option, you will receive your order in approximately 7-10 days on average, but may be subject to customs processing time frames and will have limited tracking.
  • We recommend www.myus.com shipping center, which first ships to a US ADDRESS and then freight forwarded to you.
  • The following brands can only be ordered and shipped to a US ADDRESS: Sector 9, RAD and Gullwing.
  • After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order. 
  • After you receive your email, allow a few hours to process for tracking to display results.
  • All in-stock products ship same day if orders are placed by  12 pm EST, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays)
  • To calculate your shipping cost, enter your items into the shopping cart and then below on the same page select your country.
  • All packages are insured for loss or damage. If in the delivery process, your items were damaged by the shipping carrier, a claim can be filed. The damage must be reported to EDGE within 24 hours of receiving your package(s).  In addition, you must have the original packaging for the carrier to inspect. The carriers will typically make note of any noticeable damage to the packages delivered. If you do not report the damage within 24 hours and do not have the original packaging, the carrier insurance may not cover it and EDGE would not be able to take responsibility.

International Duties and Taxes

  • By placing your order with EDGE, you are agreeing to the following:
  • When you receive your order, you will be responsible to pay all applicable duties taxes and fees that vary based on your country. 
  • Please check with your local customs office for more information on duties, taxes and fees.
  • Refused orders that are returned to EDGE will be charged the return shipping fees.
  • It is your responsibility to make sure that you are available to receive your order.
  • If you are not available to receive your order, and the carrier abandons your order, you will not be issued a refund. If the order is returned to EDGE, you will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
  • Order Status can be found in My Account.

Traveling?
We can ship direct to your hotel.

  • In the Ship To address, enter the name of the hotel as well as the name of the guest the reservation is under.
  • Note in the order comments, your arrival and departure date.
  • You will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking.
  • See the hotel front desk clerk to pick up your package.
  • It is your responsibility to select the appropriate shipping option to ensure that your package arrives prior to your departure.
